“Die Versöhnung mit dem weiblichen Körper”
Für alle Frauen, die sich mit ihrem Körper versöhnen möchten “nackt. Das Körper-Versöhnbuch für Frauen” eröffnet Frauen die Chance, sich mit ihrem Körper und seiner Natur auszusöhnen. Damit dies eine reale Chance erhält, geht es zunächst darum, die Aufmerksamkeit für die eigenen inneren Vorgänge zu lenken, sich selbst im Umgang mit dem Körper zu reflektieren und empfindungssicher zu werden. Denn: Ohne Selbstreflexion keine Natürlichkeit. Ohne Natürlichkeit keine Versöhnung mit dem Körper.
Im Workshop stellt KATRIN JONAS leicht anwendbare Bewusstheitsübungen, Meditationstechniken und Sofort-Tools vor, die dem weiblichen Körper entsprechen und es den Teilnehmerinnen ermöglichen, ihren Körper aus einer inneren Perspektive heraus zu erleben. Ob in Bezug auf die Figur, die Ernährung oder die Sexualität, - die Kritik am Körper darf überflüssig werden. Selbstliebe bahnt sich ihren Weg ins Bewusstsein.
Der Workshop passt zu jeder Frau, die ihrem Körper eine Freundin sein möchte.
