ENDLICH SEHEN WIR UNS WIEDER!
Mit dem traditionellen Begrüßungsabend im Festzelt starten wir am Donnerstag gemeinsam ins Wochenende. JUZI-Fans, JUZI-family, Fan-Gruppen und Stammgäste feiern das große Wiedersehen mit Markus, Daniel und Michael. Mit dabei sind heuer „DJ Alex Weber“ und die „Pfundskerle spezial“.
Für Speis und Trank ist bestens gesorgt!
Tipp: Unbedingt rechtzeitig Sitzplätze reservieren! Und nicht vergessen: Es gelten die 3G-Regeln!
18:00 Uhr: Einlass ins Festzelt
19:00 Uhr: Offizielle Eröffnung: „Die jungen Zillertaler“ begrüßen alle Fans, Freunde und JUZI-family-Mitglieder
Wo: Heuer neu: Festzelt auf der Wiese in Strass – neben dem Café Zillertal (A-6261 Strass im Zillertal)
Eintritt: € 10,00 (Freier Eintritt für Kinder bis 10 Jahre, JUZI-family-Mitglieder € 5,-)
Parken: Direkt beim Open-Air-Gelände

Schlag den JUZI, fertig, los!
Auf geht´s zur JUZI-Olympiade. Ganz sicher der verrückteste Wettkampf im Zillertal und alle BesucherInnen können mitmachen! Große Töne spucken musst du nicht, aber du kannst dich beim großen Gummistiefelweitwurf, Entenfischen, Zipfelmützen-Flip, Tannenzapfen-Zielwurf und einem Schätzspiel beweisen. Wer schlägt die JUZIs? Für die Sieger gibt´s nicht nur Ruhm und Ehre sondern tolle Preise.
Für Speis und Trank ist im Festzelt bestens gesorgt! Neben der sportlichen Gaudi gibt‘s auch jede Menge Musik – mit „DJ Alex“ und Special-Guest „Matty Valentino“

ENDLICH WIEDER GEMEINSAM FEIERN!
Heuer geht schon ab 16:00 Uhr im Vorprogramm die Post ab. Mit euch feiern „Fantasy“, „Die Draufgänger“, „Matty Valentino“, „Die Lumpen Mander“ und „Atlantis“. Ab 20:30 Uhr spielen „Die jungen Zillertaler“ ihr Open-Air-Konzert.

15:00 Uhr: Einlass ins JUZIopenair-Gelände
16:00 Uhr: Start Vorprogramm
ca. 18:00 Uhr: Autogrammstunde mit den JUZIs im Fanshop-Zelt

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
