Was bedeutet Trancetanz - Eine rituelle Innenweltreise
Im Trancetanz finden wir einen uralten, zeitlosen Weg natürlicher, erdverbundener Spiritualität.
Über
den Atem, die Bewegung und den Rhythmus überwinden wir Grenzen des
alltäglichen Bewusstseins und machen Erfahrungen jenseits von Raum und
Zeit.
Im Trancetanz gehen wir tanzend auf die Reise zu uns selbst.
Angeleitet
und begleitet wird dies innerhalb eines Rituals von Dhwani und Rishi.
Wir kommen zusammen im Kreis, räuchern und stimmen uns ein. Die beiden
Musiker erklären eine Atemtechnik, die dich dabei unterstützt, dich
selbst zu lenken innerhalb deiner Erfahrung, die du während der Musik
machst.
Mit Augenbinde kannst du dich ganz
auf dich einlassen, tanzen frei von Urteil, ganz in deinem Rhythmus und
Befinden. Die Musik begleitet dich von Keyboard und Percussion über
Flöten und Rasseln und allerlei, was du nur erahnen kannst.
Nach dem Tanz, nach einer Ruhezeit, in der wir in Kontakt mit der Erde, am Boden, sind, kommen wir erneut zusammen im Kreis.
Rishi und Dhwani schließen das Ritual ab.
Dauer gesamt ca. 3 Stunden.
Mitzubringen: Augenbinde (auch dort vorhanden),Trinkwasser, bequeme Kleidung, Kissen, Decke bzw Yogamatte.
